Salary Range: $111,000 - $160,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and existing product improvements.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and capital expenditures for engineering initiatives.
• Develop and implement long-term engineering strategies to support manufacturing goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial automation) and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex engineering projects from conception through implementation.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IIoT, AI/ML, advanced automation) in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
