We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join our clients team in Eldridge, Iowa. In this role, you will provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of systems, networks, and equipment. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, and related equipment
- Support and maintain wired/wireless networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly
- Provide technical support and training for end users
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and preventative checks
- Protect systems and data through sound security practices
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with hardware components, network configurations, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to remain calm and organized when addressing multiple technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and end users.
• High level of customer service orientation and a proactive approach to support.
• Experience with Windows 10 and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions and their applications.
