Perform engine performance repairs, cooling system repairs, and minor drivability diagnostics

Use diagnostic tools, scan tools, and service information systems effectively

Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper operation

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
