We are looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Brunswick, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in providing technical assistance, managing infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network systems. This is a contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
• Install, configure, and repair enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and virtual environments.
• Plan and implement upgrades for hardware and software platforms, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
• Enhance and maintain monitoring, automation, and configuration solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Create and update detailed documentation for infrastructure services and processes.
• Ensure backup systems are functional and respond effectively to incidents.
• Provide timely and attentive support for end-user requests and technical issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to uphold cybersecurity standards and compliance.
• Deliver clear communication and outstanding customer service to diverse users.
• Participate in on-call rotations during evenings, weekends, and holidays to address urgent technical needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, with at least two years of experience as a Systems or Network Administrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and managing service desk tickets.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to participate in scheduled on-call support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance protocols.
