Dental experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.
You’re More Than the “Front Desk.”
Our Business Team is the first hello, the last goodbye, and a huge part of the experience our patients have with us.
You’ll help:
- Welcome patients and make them feel at home
- Answer phones and communicate with warmth + confidence
- Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
- Help patients understand treatment, insurance, and financial options
- Follow up with patients and help them move forward with recommended care
- Support the clinical team and jump in wherever needed
- Create an experience that makes patients excited to come back
