Compensation:

$97,500 - $198,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced agents in daily tasks to gain hands-on experience in real estate operations.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide initial guidance.
  • Participate in property showings to learn effective presentation techniques and client interactions.
  • Support the preparation of property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing information is presented.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate and follow up on leads, building your network and client base.
  • Learn and apply proven sales techniques to assist in closing deals and achieving team goals.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in real estate practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License.
  • Passion for real estate and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, fostering positive relationships.
  • Proven track record of being a self-starter who takes initiative and seeks out opportunities to improve.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Willingness to attend training sessions and workshops to continually enhance your skills and knowledge base.
