Apartment Maintenance Technician – South Metro Area, MN
Pay: $27 – $30 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Immediate Start

We’re seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in the South Metro area of Minnesota - Bloomington, Richfield, and Shakopee. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable property management company and grow your career in maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment communities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues

• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with turnovers, inspections, and preventative maintenance

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience

• Must provide your own tools

• Certifications (HVAC, CPO, boilers, etc.) are a plus but not required

• Reliability, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to start immediately
