Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Network Administrator / Engineer to keep our infrastructure running fast, secure, and drama-free. If you’re the person who actually enjoys digging into routing issues, tightening security, and making networks more resilient than they were yesterday—this is your lane.

You’ll play a key role in supporting and evolving a modern environment spanning on-prem, wireless, and cloud-connected systems.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, manage, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
  • Monitor network performance and jump on issues before users notice
  • Troubleshoot complex connectivity and security problems (and fix them for good)
  • Strengthen network security through segmentation, access controls, and firewall policies
  • Lead upgrades, refreshes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with cloud, security, and systems teams to keep everything aligned
  • Work with vendors and ISPs when things need escalation (we all know how that goes…)
  • Document configs, diagrams, and processes so nothing lives “only in your head”
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in occasional on-call support

✅ What You Bring

  • ~5+ years of experience managing enterprise network environments
  • Strong skills in routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, wireless, and firewalls
  • Experience with platforms like Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or Palo Alto
  • Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure networking
  • Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong communication + documentation skills

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SD-WAN, SIEM tools, or automation/scripting
  • Familiarity with Active Directory or hybrid environments

If you’re someone who takes pride in building stable, secure networks—and secretly enjoys solving the problems no one else can—let’s connect.
