Job DescriptionPosition Summary
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join a site development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and welding, and will perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on heavy machinery used in excavation and construction projects. CDL holders are preferred.
 Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components on heavy equipment
</li>
<li>
Perform welding and metal fabrication for equipment repair as needed
</li>
<li>
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
</li>
<li>
Support field teams by troubleshooting equipment issues on-site
</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Proven experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, welding, and diesel engines
</li>
<li>
CDL license preferred
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
</li>
<li>
Must pass drug testing
</li>
