Job Description

The New York State Unified Court System is seeking an Assistant Court Analyst that will be assigned to the District Administrative Office and is under the direct supervision of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Coordinator for the Fifth Judicial District. The ADR Assistant Court Analyst is responsible for tasks associated with the implementation of the ADR initiative for courts within the District.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the Roster of Mediators, Arbitrators, Neutral Evaluators, and other ADR professionals.
  • Event planning, marketing, and reporting which necessitate proficient skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Resolving data integrity issues required for monthly and quarterly reporting and manage projects independently with limited supervision.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Community Dispute Resolution Centers for each county within the District.
  • Occasional travel throughout the District may be required.


Qualifications: One year in the Junior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or High School diploma or the equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.


Base Salary: $58,100
