About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Director to lead technology sourcing, contract negotiations, and strategic vendor management. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations to maximize value, manage risk, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Lead procurement for IT hardware, software, cloud, SaaS, and professional services
- Negotiate IT contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and vendor agreements
- Manage strategic vendors, performance, renewals, and risk
- Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations on sourcing decisions
- Identify cost savings and improve procurement processes
- Advise on contract terms, interpretation, compliance, and vendor disputes

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 8+ years of procurement experience, including 4+ years in IT procurement leadership
- Strong IT sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation experience
- Experience reviewing and negotiating complex IT/professional services contracts
- Paralegal, legal, contracts, or strong commercial background
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with procurement tools/ERP systems preferred
