Pay Range: $14.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary
Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping seniors maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.
Our caregiver-first approach means we prioritize your well-being, growth, and success—because great care starts with great caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential daily living support, companionship, and personalized care. Responsibilities range from light housekeeping and meal preparation to personal care and mobility support.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Support mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients
- Follow care plans and communicate changes in client condition to appropriate staff
Requirements
- 1+ year of formal caregiving experience in senior care
- Reliable transportation
- Familiarity with basic first aid procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle with proof of auto insurance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs using proper ergonomic techniques
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, and use hands and fingers
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Physically and mentally able to operate a vehicle

Compensation
- Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
- Pay Rate: $14–$18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
