We are looking for a dependable and organized Account Manager to join our manufacturing team. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and help manage orders from start to finish.
Responsibilities:

<li>Follow up on orders, delivery dates, and customer requests</li>
<li>Communicate with production and other departments</li>

<li>Help resolve customer questions or concerns</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Proficient with email and basic computer programs</li>
<li>Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus</li>
