The Company’s primary focus is to provide a quality, convenient, and affordable healthcare option, with a specific focus on a more personal approach to care.
Location Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
You must be based in the Chicago area or Western Indiana within our operating areas and able to work in-person with our teams.

You will:
- Partner directly with clinical, finance, and operations leaders
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Help bring structure and visibility to a fast-growing organization
What You’ll Do
- Analyze data across EMR, financial, operational, and marketing systems
- Deliver insights that drive decisions (not just reports)
- Become an EMR super user supporting clinical teams
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support inventory + cost optimization
- Contribute to cross-functional performance initiatives
- Improve reporting structure and standards
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years in data analytics
- Strong SQL + Excel
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication + cross-functional partnership skills
- High ownership mindset

Compensation & Benefits
$80,000 – $100,000 base + full benefits
