What You’ll Do:

Perform routine preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and smallwares.

Troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, walk-in coolers/freezers, POS hardware, and beverage systems.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant managers and prioritize urgent repairs.

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards, code compliance issues, and repair needs.

Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service records for all locations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.

Assist with new restaurant openings, remodels, and equipment installations.

Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies within budget guidelines.

Support multiple locations within the assigned region as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of maintenance experience (restaurant or commercial preferred)

Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems

EPA certification (preferred but not required)

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if needed

Valid driver’s license

Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
