Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager with proven Agile credentials and strong project management experience to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Agile frameworks and structured project delivery, ensuring business objectives are met on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities

Lead projects using Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent).

Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).

Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, roadmaps, and risk registers.

Monitor progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving impediments.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business strategy.

Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Balance Agile delivery flexibility with the rigor of project governance and reporting.

Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with organizational processes, security standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Agile Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile credentials.

Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.

Experience:

5+ years of project management experience, including leading Agile initiatives.

Proven ability to manage medium-to-large scale projects in a cross-functional environment.

Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Demonstrated ability to adapt delivery approaches to suit business and team needs.
Preferred Skills

Background in IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.

Experience in scaling Agile across multiple teams (SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile).

Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
