- Current licensure as a social worker
- Experience providing services within elementary school settings

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify students’ needs and creating intervention plans
- Providing individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Facilitating communication between families, teachers, and outside agencies to support student success
- Delivering crisis intervention and effective conflict resolution strategies
- Supporting the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Promoting a safe and positive school environment
