What You’ll Do


  1. Respond promptly and professionally to Zillow buyer inquiries
  2. Convert online leads into appointments and successful transactions
  3. Host and represent the brokerage at a model home
  4. Deliver exceptional client service from initial contact to closing
  5. Collaborate with the broker and team to expand your business


What We’re Looking For


  1. Active Florida Real Estate License
  2. Strong communication and follow-up skills
  3. Comfortable working with Zillow leads and in-person buyers
  4. Self-motivated, professional, and open to coaching
  5. Weekend availability for model home coverage (schedule rotation)
