Entry-Level Sales & Customer Representative | Full-Time | Paid Training
Aspire Business Consulting, Inc. is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Indianapolis team as an Entry-Level Sales & Customer Representative.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer communication. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing coaching.
What You'll Do:
- Meet and communicate with prospective customers in person throughout the Indianapolis area
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service options
- Answer questions and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Build positive customer relationships
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Goal-oriented and motivated to learn
- Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations throughout the Indianapolis area
- Ability to work in an in-person, customer-facing environment
