Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring a Technical Support Representative for our client in the broadcasting industry. This role will provide technical assistance and customer support to viewers and partners, ensuring smooth signal distribution and resolving technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming technical inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to signal distribution
- Assist with equipment tracking, shipping, and logistics
- Perform administrative tasks for engineering departments
- Support special projects and occasional manual tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of call center or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred:
- Experience in counseling or customer care
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work extended hours during special events
