Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Hybrid & In-Person — NOT Fully Remote
This position offers a hybrid and in-person work environment based on client and clinical needs.
Please note: This is not a fully remote position. In-person work at our Glendale location and/or assigned service locations is required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

$100,000–$120,000 annual salary, based on qualifications and experience

Your Impact
As a BCBA, you will:

Maintain an active caseload and meet approximately 120 billable utilization hours per month, including supervision, treatment planning, parent training, and face-to-face clinical services.

Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs using evidence-based strategies, including Behavior Skills Training (BST).

Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS, as well as preference and reinforcer assessments when appropriate.

Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, and clinical programming.

Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.

Monitor data and client progress and adjust programming as needed.

Support team members during behavioral crisis situations using appropriate behavior-analytic principles.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and company requirements.
What We're Looking ForRequired

Active BCBA certification
-
Active Arizona LBA
-
Master's degree in ABA, Education, or related field

Current 8-hour supervision certificate

Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and using BST

Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, or similar assessments

Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans

Experience providing family/caregiver training
-
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the United States

Willingness to work hybrid and in person — this is not a fully remote position
