Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for our valued corporate client. This role supports senior leadership with a blend of executive-level administrative responsibilities and corporate legal operations, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in fast-paced, high-level environments. Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and edit contracts and legal documents, particularly related to real estate transactions and joint ventures
- Manage corporate entity formations, filings, and ongoing maintenance
- Serve as liaison between executives, internal teams, and external legal partners
- Support operational initiatives, including new entity setup and maintenance
- Provide legal documentation for prequalification applications and business proposals
- Manage complex calendars for executive leadership (Chairman, CEO, COO, CFO), resolving conflicts and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Prepare expense reports, spreadsheets, and reports to support executive decision-making
- Plan, attend, and record meeting minutes for leadership and committee meetings
- Develop presentations, reports, and executive communications
- Maintain organized, accessible document and filing systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 5+ years supporting C-level executives or in a comparable paralegal role
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Working knowledge of legal processes and contracts; real estate experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including reporting and presentation development
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive, driven, and results-oriented

Anticipated Salary Range: $70K to $80K

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
