The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team in planning, tracking, and executing all phases of construction projects. This role assists with schedules, budgets, materials, engineering, manufacturing, and installation to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. Responsibilities include preparing submittal packages, estimating costs, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Support monthly cost reviews, track change orders, and assist with accurate job billing.
- Documentation: Prepare submittals, change proposals, pay requests, correspondence, and reports.
- Estimating: Perform material take-offs and estimate labor, material, and equipment costs.
- Project Execution: Assist with project setup, permit coordination, and field support during installation.
- Scheduling: Help manage vendor schedules and recommend cost-effective strategies to meet deadlines.
