- Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive service writing and/or shop management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Proficient computer skills
