- Prepare, slice, package, and merchandise deli products according to company standards
- Maintain fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist with product selection
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and service cases
- Support daily deli operations, including opening/closing tasks and team assistance
- Follow all company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous retail or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to food safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to safely operate deli equipment (training provided)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Open availability preferred, looking primarily for evening shift
