What You’ll Do
• Lead, train, and develop restaurant employees and managers
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and sales performance
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Resolve customer concerns and keep the team accountable
What We’re Looking For
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Experience managing restaurant teams and daily operations
• Willingness to work 50+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
