Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong background in long-term care and a passion for clinical excellence? We’re seeking an experienced RN to serve as our ADON, combining operational oversight with expertise to elevate care standards across our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• Participate in care planning, audits, and regulatory compliance

• Mentor and coach nursing staff to promote professional growth

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
