This role offers meaningful responsibility early, strong mentorship, and real trial experience.
Position Highlights
This litigation team focuses on high-stakes commercial disputes, business torts, unfair competition, contractual conflicts, and select employment and professional malpractice matters. The environment emphasizes exceptional written advocacy, detail, strategic thinking, and hands-on courtroom practice. You will work closely with partners and senior litigators, managing cases from inception through trial preparation.
What You'll Do
- Manage business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and appellate briefs
- Take and defend depositions with strategic impact
- Argue motions and participate in hearings when appropriate
- Support trial and arbitration preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit management
- Conduct legal research and collaborate on litigation strategy
- Advise clients on litigation posture, risks, and settlement options
- Build strong client relationships through thoughtful communication
- Engage in business development activities as opportunities arise

Compensation and Benefits
- $140,000.00 - $250,000.00
