Now Hiring: Hotel Maintenance Engineer

What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair guest room and public area maintenance issues
- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in all guest rooms
- Conduct major mechanical inspections and repairs
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Handle routine work orders with speed and accuracy
- Complete exterior upkeep including grounds, lighting, and signage
- Monitor and coordinate outside vendors and contractors
- Support and enforce the hotel's risk management and safety programs
- Ensure guest and employee safety at all times
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel maintenance or related experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed
- Basic computer or mobile app skills for work order tracking
- Availability for occasional on-call or emergency response
