Job Description

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability. This includes data centers, networks, servers, storage, and associated software.
• Lead the IT operations team in the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, ensuring effective incident management, problem resolution, and service improvement.
• Implement and oversee security measures to protect data and infrastructure from cyber threats, in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Manage virtual environments using platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Configure and monitor firewalls, routers, and switches

Salary: $100K - $130K (D.O.E.)

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a large corporate environment and experience with Networks, Windows/Unix/Linux Server environment and Security.
• 10+ years of data center management experience with strong project management skills
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
