Your Core Mission

Architect the Strategy: Design, build, and champion dynamic Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that give students a clear runway to success.

Customize the Experience: Ditch rigid lesson plans to curate hyper-personalized, small-group, and one-on-one learning experiences that match how distinct minds actually process the world.

Unify the Support Network: Serve as the vital link connecting general education teachers, therapists, and families into a single, cohesive team rallying behind each child.

Cultivate Belonging: Build an inclusive, high-energy environment where social, behavioral, and academic milestones are achieved hand-in-hand.

Requirements The Credentials: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

The License: A current Michigan teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement (or the immediate eligibility to secure one before the school year kicks off).

The Instinct: An innate ability to read a room, adapt on the fly, and keep learning structured yet deeply engaging.

The Experience: While any background in resource rooms, inclusive settings, or self-contained classrooms is highly valued, your adaptability and passion are what matter most.
