• Design and lead comprehensive maintenance programs that enhance equipment longevity and efficiency.
• Solve complex issues related to automated manufacturing machines using your advanced repair skills.
• Oversee documentation and compliance while utilizing state-of-the-art software like CMMS.
• Partner with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operation transitions.
• Empower and inspire junior technicians through targeted development programs.

Who You Are:

• A professional with at least a high school diploma and 6 years of robust industry experience.
• Skilled at reading and implementing engineering schematics and diagrams efficiently.
• Adept at deploying new tech solutions, with proficiency in PLC and robotics being advantageous.
• Committed to workplace safety with a focus on comprehensive lock-out/tag-out procedures.
