About Nova Sentinel
I’m building out a company called Nova Sentinel LLC with five apps already developed in Flutter and ready for deployment to both iOS and Google Play. I’ve created the full concepts, UI, and functionality myself—mostly working from a Raspberry Pi/Linux setup.
Now, I need help finishing the cloud deployment and app store submission, debugging a few problems, and setting up the email/domain website for the business. I’ve also got over 20 more apps in the pipeline once this foundation is stable.
Here’s what I need a contractor to help me complete:
- Flutter development support and build optimization
- Final packaging and submission to:
- Apple App Store (via Xcode + App Store Connect)
- Google Play Console (for Android builds
- my website for Rasberry ip, Windows, Linux
- Debugging existing issues (Flutter, Dart, API integration)
- Connecting backend services and fixing .env setups for:
- Render (hosting)
- MongoDB Atlas (database)
- AWS (S3/Lambda) for storage + logic
- Stripe for subscriptions/payments
- Setting up email and linking it to novasentinelllc.com domain (Google Workspace or similar)
- Ensuring I can deploy future versions easily from my local system or with minimal support
Compensation Plan
Since I’m bootstrapping, I’m offering:
- $15/hour for approx. 5 hours/week to start
- This can increase as profit comes in
- Optional profit-sharing model:
- Up to 15% of net profit
- Transparent financial tracking (I’ll provide quarterly bank statements) to verify real profit
- paid every quarter
Developer Responsibilities Summary
- Flutter app deployment to iOS & Android
- Debugging and build fixes (Flutter/Dart/backend APIs)
- Cloud environment linking (AWS, MongoDB, Stripe, Render)
- Email + domain setup
- Help with zipped or GitHub file transfers
- No root access to my AWS or domain—I’ll provide access as needeD
If this role fits well and the contractor is the right match, I’d be open to extending the agreement from an initial 3-month contract to 6 month and continue to 12 months or longer. This is the ground floor of something meaningful, and I want a reliable, ethical partner who can grow with me.
