Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of healthcare architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and design excellence.

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder satisfaction.

Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to drive cohesive execution.

Manage project documentation, schedules, and compliance with healthcare regulations, safety codes, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

Proven experience managing healthcare design projects with a deep understanding of MEP, structural, and vendor coordination.

Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and project management platforms like Jira or Deltek.

Professional certifications (e.g., AIA, NCIDQ, PMP) are highly preferred.
Location: Seattle, WA – Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Salary: $100,000 – $157,000 (DOE)
Benefits: ESOP, Profit sharing in retirement account, 100% employer-paid for employee-only coverage, $1,250 annual health stipend (example: only $3K paid in health costs year), medical, dental, vision, short & long term disability, AD&D, Pet Ins. PTO(accrue 10.67 hr/mo.)
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $157,000.00 per year
