Luther Infiniti of Bloomington, a leading luxury dealership in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a skilled Automotive Journeyman Technician with 2–5 years of experience to join our high-performing service team. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, competitive weekly commissions, and top-tier compensation in a modern, well-equipped shop. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues accurately.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Infiniti and pre-owned vehicles to meet stringent quality and safety standards.
- Test-drive vehicles to ensure optimal performance and pinpoint concerns.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all service and repair work.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear repair recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to enhance efficiency and shop productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of professional experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Strong expertise in automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
