Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Volvo and Subaru vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle needs and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Subaru or Volvo technician, preferably Subaru.
- ASE certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with automotive systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
