Assignment Type: Indefinite Contract (no planned end date)

Pay: $30–$35 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Full-Time)

Job Description:

The HR Project Associate will support a variety of Human Resources initiatives by coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role partners closely with HR leadership and stakeholders to keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of HR and people-related projects
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones across multiple initiatives
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for leadership review
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling logistics
  • Maintain organized project documentation and internal files
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Proactively follow up with team members to keep work moving forward
  • Assist with HR initiatives such as talent programs, training efforts, process improvements, and engagement projects
  • Provide general administrative and operational support related to HR project work

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably supporting HR initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with collaboration or project tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or Asana (preferred)
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
