We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Managing the flow of lobby traffic, greeting guests, and alerting employees when visitors arrive.
Maintaining a tidy and orderly reception area and conference room.
Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages.
Assisting walk-in clients & potential clients with case inquiries & general questions.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

1-2 years experience working in a Customer Service, Receptionist, or Administrative position in a professional environment is required.
Experience working in a Law Firm is highly preferred.
Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
