Remote / Hybrid | Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling
We are expanding and looking for a Functional Nutritionist who thrives at the intersection of nutrition, performance, and root-cause health coaching.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys working with real data, collaborating with fitness professionals, and helping clients achieve measurable outcomes through structured nutrition, lifestyle, and functional health protocols.
You will work closely with our training team to deliver coordinated care that addresses nutrition, performance, recovery, and metabolic health.
Who We ServeOur clients typically fall into one of two tracks:
Track A Functional Performance Physique (High Detail)
Data-driven clients pursuing a specific performance or physique goal with a defined timeline.
Examples include:
Competition or photo-shoot prep
Post-surgery return to training
Milestone trips or athletic events
Military or professional performance tests
Endurance challenges (such as Kilimanjaro hikes)
These clients benefit from structured nutrition planning, training coordination, lab-guided protocols, and recovery optimization.
Track B Weight Loss + Health (Sustainable Lifestyle)
Clients seeking sustainable fat loss and better health without bodybuilding-style tracking.
Focus areas include:
Habit-based nutrition strategies
Energy and metabolic health
Digestion and gut support
Sustainable routines that fit a social lifestyle
The goal is long-term adherence and real lifestyle change.
What Youll Do Conduct 1:1 consultations and root-cause assessments
Review health history, symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and readiness for change
Design individualized nutrition strategies (macro-based or habit-based depending on client needs)
Interpret labs and translate findings into practical, actionable recommendations
Recommend supplement strategies and phased protocols within scope of practice
Track progress and adjust plans based on data and adherence
Collaborate with trainers and wellness professionals for integrated client care
What Were Looking ForThe ideal candidate is both analytical and client-focused, able to turn complex physiology into practical steps clients can follow.
Preferred qualifications include:
Functional nutrition certification and/or board-certified credentials
Experience interpreting labs and translating findings into client-friendly action plans
Strong coaching skills focused on accountability and behavior change
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Comfort collaborating with fitness professionals and understanding training variables
