Job DescriptionJob Title: OCONUS Construction Security Manager

Company Overview:

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $124,000 - $138,000 based on experience.

**Note: The pay rate listed is the base pay with the overseas premium included

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage information and personnel security issues at OCONUS construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with the OBO Security Classification Guide for the Design and Construction of Overseas Facilities.
  • Oversee contractor compliance with site security requirements outlined in Division 1 Sections 013550, 013555, and 015015, as well as Contract Section H of the OBO SCG.
  • Monitor adherence of contractor personnel to personnel requirements stated in Contract Section H.
  • Provide requisite reporting to the corporate Facility Security Officer, DS/IS/IND, and the OBO Site Security Manager in accordance with contract terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing security issues in construction settings, ideally in overseas environments.
  • Familiarity with the OBO Security Classification Guide and security compliance for facility construction.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with contractors and security personnel.
  • Ability to interpret and implement security requirements as per contract specifications.
  • Proficient in security reporting and documentation procedures.
  • A minimum of a Secret Security Clearance is required.
