Experienced Woodworker – Full-Time

Holman's Cabinets is looking for an experienced, full-time woodworker to join our team. If you take pride in precise, quality craftsmanship and want steady work with a growing shop, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Build custom cabinetry and fine woodwork from shop drawings and specifications
• Operate and maintain standard shop equipment (table saw, planer, jointer, CNC, sanders, etc.)
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components to tight tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints and cut lists
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional woodworking or cabinetmaking experience
• Skilled with hand and power tools; comfortable with shop machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Able to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting
• Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

Preferred

• Experience with CNC or cabinet-specific software (Cabinet Vision, etc.)
• Finishing/spray experience

• Full-time, Monday Through Friday
• Pay: based on experience
