SI Utility LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by managing the flow of parts, tools, and materials from receiving through issuance and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities


  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials
  • Issue parts, tools, and consumables to production and maintenance teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
  • Coordinate parts availability to support production schedules
  • Load, unload, stage, and store materials safely
  • Operate a forklift (up to 9,000 lb. capacity) per OSHA standards
  • Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and storage area
  • Support document control and inventory traceability requirements

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk up to 90% of the workday
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
