SI Utility LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by managing the flow of parts, tools, and materials from receiving through issuance and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials
- Issue parts, tools, and consumables to production and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Coordinate parts availability to support production schedules
- Load, unload, stage, and store materials safely
- Operate a forklift (up to 9,000 lb. capacity) per OSHA standards
- Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and storage area
- Support document control and inventory traceability requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk up to 90% of the workday
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
