One of New England's leading regional firms is seeking an Employment Associate to join its highly regarded Employment Law Practice Group in Concord, New Hampshire.
This is an opportunity to join a team that has spent more than 50 years advising employers across New England, representing businesses ranging from regional market leaders to national companies in some of their most sensitive workforce disputes.

🔎 What they're looking for:
🔹 2–5 years of litigation experience (employment experience strongly preferred)
🔹 Active bar admission (or anticipated admission within 6–12 months) in NH, ME, or MA
🔹 Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
🔹 Strong research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Employer-side employment litigation experience
• Public employer or labor relations experience
• Judicial clerkship experience
• Some trial exposure
