Job DescriptionJob Posting: Full-Time Pre-K TeacherEach One Teach One Learning Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Pre-K Teacher to work with our 3- and 4-year-old scholars.We are looking for a teacher who has a passion for early childhood education, understands the importance of kindergarten readiness, and is committed to creating a safe, structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Position:Full-Time Pre-K Teacher
Age Group:3- and 4-year-old students
Qualifications Preferred:
- CDA preferred and/or Teacher Certification
- At least 1 year of experience working with preschool or pre-K students
- Experience with lesson planning, classroom routines, and age-appropriate learning activities
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Passionate about preparing students for kindergarten success
Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and implementing engaging daily lessons and activities
- Supporting social, emotional, academic, and developmental growth
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Following center policies, licensing expectations, and classroom routines
- Communicating professionally with families and leadership
- Helping students build confidence, independence, and school readiness skills
