We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Strong comunication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential, as you will be interacting with customers, visitors and staff. Must have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using office equipment and computer software programs. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel as well as answering customer billing questions and complaints.
  • Accept, post and process customer payments.
  • Maintain and reconcile a daily cash drawer.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
  • Update spreadsheets in Excel and Billing Software and prepare reports.
  • Assist with customer accounts by recording complaints, address changes, disconnections, new service and general customer information.
  • Filing and assisting other personnel with other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous front office or administrative experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
