Job Summary
We're seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance across multiple multi-family residential properties. This role involves maintenance, repairs, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency issues.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry).
• Handle unit turnovers: painting, cleaning, repairing, prepping for new tenants.
• Maintain common areas: grounds, hallways, laundry facilities.
• Uphold building safety and compliance (e.g., code, safety standards).
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or services.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of supplies.
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members.
• Consistently interact with Management and Maintenance Software.
• Timely respond to resident requests.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance (multi-family or residential preferred).
• Knowledge of basic trades—plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift ≥40 lbs, use ladders, climb, and work safely.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications such as HVAC and OSHA training, are a plus.
