This role will be reporting to the Head of Finance and main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliation of balances and liaising with external accountants and auditors.
- Maintaining financial reports like cash flow and P&L budgets.
- Reviewing and reconciling bank statements, and other financial records.
- Issuing and recording of sales quotes, sales contracts and invoices.
- Assisting the Sales and Customer Success teams in the administration and management of key Sales and CRM tools.
- Implementing company procedures and policies including administrative and HR.
- Maintaining HR records and supporting HR functionalities.
- Communicating with various stakeholders as necessary (in Greece and abroad).
Requirements
To be an ideal candidate for the Finance & Operations Specialist role, you should have:
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting / finance role.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent command of English
- Familiarity with SaaS accounting, billing and CRM tools will be considered a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Efficiency in multi-tasking.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn.
