What You'll Do:\n

- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care for patients across all stages of life
- Manage a diverse patient panel in a busy, well-established practice with strong community demand
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with specialists, advanced practice providers, care coordinators, and support staff to provide exceptional patient-centered care
- Help expand access to high-quality primary care throughout the Mishawaka region and surrounding rural communities

Who We're Looking For:\n

- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Passion for community-based medicine and continuity of care
- Commitment to serving diverse patient populations, including underserved and rural communities
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure and DEA registration
