Contracts Analyst
Our client is seeking a meticulous and process-oriented Contracts Analyst to support contract lifecycle management and legal documentation processes. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and maintaining the integrity of contractual records. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documentation under the guidance of legal and business leadership.
- Maintain and update digital contract repositories, ensuring accurate version control and easy document retrieval.
- Monitor and track key contractual elements such as insurance certificates, renewal options, expiration dates, and KYC/due diligence documents.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews by preparing and delivering timely, accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments—including Legal, Finance, and Operations—to ensure contract alignment with company policies and requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and documentation workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or corporate compliance.
- Solid understanding of contract structures, legal terminology, and risk management principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong written communication, proofreading, and document editing abilities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, or other contract management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
