Job DescriptionNow Hiring: HAZWOPER TECHNICIAN
Location: Livermore, CA
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare construction and demolition sites
- Handle hazardous waste materials in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with decontamination, excavation, and debris removal
- Operate hand and power tools
- Control traffic and signal equipment operators
- Set up and break down project sites
- Support concrete work, trenching, and underground pipework
- Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or 8-hour refresher within the past year)
- 1+ year of environmental or construction experience preferred
- Experience with dirt work, heavy equipment, and underground utilities
- Familiarity with water trucks and power tools
- Clean DMV record (2 points or less)
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Northern California
- Valid federal identification (REAL ID, TWIC, or Passport)

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
